HistoryAfter serving as an Assistant Prosecutor for Wayne County, Richelle C. Lester started as a staff attorney at UAW Legal Services in 1998. Since then she has practiced in various areas including insurance, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant, real estate, guardianship, estate planning, probate, family, and business matters. She has handled numerous bench and jury trials, arbitration hearings, and an appellate court case. After being promoted as a manager in 2004, she managed offices specializing in general civil litigation cases. She opened the Law Office of Richelle C. Lester, PLLC, in November 2013 specializing in estate planning, probate, guardianship, family law, and civil litigation cases.
She has drafted over 2,500 Wills and Trust packages in her twenty-three years of experience. She conducts Estate Planning Seminars and educates clients on the 4 ways to avoid probate court. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Wayne County and Oakland County Probate Courts. Richelle C. Lester drafts start-up documents for clients in starting businesses and non-profit organizations including: drafting Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Operating Agreements, applying for tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing businesses in litigation cases. |
